Then we’ll chat about the various destination options, guided by your interests and the time of year that you are likely to be travelling.
3. Pick your dates
This needs to be narrowed down as soon as possible to assess availability and manage logistics.
4. Is there a budget?
It’s not always possible to have an exact figure at the outset, but it really helps us narrow down the options we give you – are you on a tight budget, is it mid-range accommodation or something more luxurious? There are lots of options, so together we can work out an itinerary that suits your needs and your pocket.
5. Planning the journey
Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we’ll put together a suggested itinerary with links to relevant websites for you to explore a bit further. This is a partnership process, so there are opportunities to refine and mould your ideas into your dream trip.
6. Deposit and final payment
As soon as you are completely happy with the itinerary and ready to confirm, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit, with the other 50% due eight weeks before you travel.
7. Ready to go
All your travel information will get to you four weeks before you set off. We give you a detailed itinerary as well as an “Important Information Document” – everything you need to know for planning, packing and travelling with complete peace of mind.
